Version of October 2026.
Using nie-tenerife.com, or sending us a request through it, means accepting what follows. It is short on purpose.
1. Who operates this site
NIE Tenerife is a privately owned service with no official standing. Neither the police nor any government body, regional or local, runs or endorses it, and none of our pages is an official notice. The procedures we write about can all be filed directly with the administration, whose only charge is the official tasa.
2. What you can expect from us
Guidance on NIE, EU registration, TIE and padrón procedures on Tenerife; forms prepared for your case; help in finding an appointment; a briefing before you go. The administration, and only the administration, decides on an application, so no outcome, date or slot can be promised by us.
3. From request to agreement
A form sent from this site is a question, not a purchase. Our reply sets out the help that suits your situation and its price. Nothing is due, and no work starts, until you accept that reply in writing; an email is enough.
4. What we expect from you
- True and complete answers, and a word from you when something changes.
- A careful read of every document we prepare, before you sign or file it.
- Your presence at the appointment, with the originals on the checklist.
5. The pages themselves
We check what we publish and revise it, yet rules move and offices change their habits. Treat the site as general guidance rather than legal advice on your own file. Office details come from the official sources we link; confirm them there, and on your appointment confirmation, before setting off.
6. Other services we mention
A few pages point to independent companies, for relocation or for online NIE requests. Their services, prices and terms are their own.
7. What we answer for
We answer for the care taken in our own work. Decisions and delays of the administration, outages of its booking systems, and the effects of information withheld from us fall outside it.
8. Applicable law, questions
Spanish law applies, without taking away any protection the law of your home country gives you as a consumer. Write to hola@nie-tenerife.com with any question about these terms.
